Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- my highs, lows and all in between. In 1990 I moved to America along with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my journey. Given the chance to live an improved life I was determined to try my best to please them. I was focused on achieving my goals. My mind knew what the plan was for my future. Go to college and get a degree. Wed. Buy a house. Get kids. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. life had other plans to demonstrate what success meant. Money and the prestige of my work was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I had wasted my time for an income. When I began to navigate my way towards a new career path, I discovered that I was meant to be an instructor. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being social and I enjoy helping people. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. There are few Asian females working in the field. It is my goal to become a catalyst in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they wish to do. As I started my profession, the loss of my mother was the greatest hit to my personal life. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is now resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and will always remember her in my mind and my heart. We can learn a lot from the world, even if we might not be able to spot it in the moment. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. The day she died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin an entirely new chapter. To me, it was a second chance for me to lead a fulfilled life. At the age of 30 I feel a sense that I am alive and living. It's not that I'm just another number. As I share the story of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my thoughts and feelings. In order to feel that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. Finally that wellness is your greatest wealth. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to us in our life.
